Thank you for shopping at JuneMockups.
Please note that we only sell digital products (mockups, files, and downloads).

Digital products – no returns or refunds

Once a digital file has been purchased and the download has started or the file has been made available to you, you no longer have the right to withdraw from the contract.

This is in accordance with EU consumer law, which states that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the delivery has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

At checkout, you confirm that:

“I agree that my order will be fulfilled immediately and the digital files will be made available right after purchase. I understand that this means I no longer have the right to withdraw once the download has started.”

Exceptions

• Since we only provide digital products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the files have been delivered.

• Please make sure to carefully check the product descriptions, previews, and formats before purchasing.

Damages or issues

If you experience technical problems with a file (e.g. broken download link, corrupted file), please contact us at newsletter@junestudio.de. We will make sure you receive a correct and working version of the product you purchased.
